RIDA®Xplore Alliance
Exemplifying Our Design and
Manufacturing Capabilities
The RIDA®Xplore Alliance represents the culmination of our mission to deliver high-quality molecular diagnostics to the global healthcare market, combining the automation capabilities of the RIDA®Xtract 24 for flexible sample purification with the reliability and precision of the RIDA®Xplore for MT-PCR.
Designed to streamline laboratory workflows, it enables efficient, accurate, and reproducible detection of multiple pathogens simultaneously, supporting timely clinical decision-making and improved patient outcomes across diverse healthcare settings worldwide.
This integrated approach also reduces hands-on time, minimises error risk, and enhances overall throughput, ensuring laboratories can meet rising diagnostic demands with confidence and consistency.
Features & Benefits
- Typical workflow time approximately 4.5 hours depending on assay configuration and sample throughput
- Separate sample purification and MT-PCR allows parallel batching
- Automatic sample aliquoting
- Automatic barcode scanning for reduced hands-on time
- Easy setup; takes just a few minutes
RIDA®Xplore
R-Biopharm’s flagship multiplex platform, the RIDA®Xplore, is a reliable everyday solution for laboratories with medium-throughput needs. Known for its dependability and consistency, the RIDA®Xplore automates MT-PCR to enable the detection of up to 40 target genes in approximately 3.5 hours, or up to 24 samples per run.
Its streamlined workflow, intuitive software interface, and robust performance make it ideal for routine diagnostics, supporting laboratories in delivering timely, accurate results while maintaining high operational efficiency.
RIDA®Xtract 24
This system delivers fully automated purification of up to 24 samples in just 55 minutes, with complete traceability and reduced risk of errors or contamination. Its flexible design allows 1–24 samples to be processed without reagent or plastics waste, supporting both RNA and DNA extraction from diverse sample types in the same run.
Optimised for use with both the RIDA®Xtract 24 Pathogen Kit and the RIDA®Xtract 24 Blood DNA Kit, it ensures consistently high-quality nucleic acid yields while streamlining laboratory workflows, improving overall efficiency, and enabling labs to confidently manage varying sample volumes without compromising performance or reliability.
Systems are intended for in vitro diagnostics use by authorised clinical testing laboratories in Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain, and the European Economic Area, and are included on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG), the MHRA database (REF: 10541) and compliant with the European Regulation (EU) 2017/746 . In the USA: For Research Use Only (RUO), not for use In diagnostic procedures.
