New leadership

Dear Customers,

We wish to inform you of some new business updates.

Following the recent news of our integration of AusDiagnostics Group with R‑Biopharm Australia, we have appointed a new leadership team to continue improving our business capabilities and ensuring we best support you.

Previously serving as the Chief Executive Officer, Scott Gilroy has recently departed the business. We wish to take this opportunity to thank Scott for his leadership and valuable contributions during his time.

We are pleased to announce that our long-standing Chief Operating Officer, Nicole McKeown, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Nicole is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience leading global commercial operations. Since 2009, Nicole has been dedicated to serving the IVD and Life Sciences sectors, improving healthcare services and patient outcomes by bringing quality and innovative solutions to the market.

We would also like to introduce Henry Jamshidi as our newly appointed Chief Financial Officer. Henry has over 25 years of experience working across multinational and regional companies. His expertise is not limited to food & feed, manufacturing and energy sectors. Henry’s primary expertise is in strategy implementation, finance process improvement, supply chain efficiency and turning businesses toward sustainable financial health.

Together, Nicole and Henry form the executive team of the AusDiagnostics Group and R‑Biopharm Australia entities.

We are excited about the future direction under this new leadership team, aligning the group’s global strategy and mission to shape the transition to a responsible healthcare era with fascination and enthusiasm, together with our customers and partners, today and tomorrow.
